Overview
WIAS is focused on iron, gold and vanadium exploration and development in the late Cretaceous Smoky Group of Alberta, Canada, with over 480 square kilometres of mineral permits.
The company’s primary asset includes the Sirloin Property that holds a ~32Mt historic resource and a number of highly prospective exploration projects across the district such as the Ribeye, T-Bone and Flank Properties.
Current Iron grades from the Sirloin Blocks range from 32-42% Fe*, 700-1175ppm V*, with gold grades ranging from 0.93-12.44g/t Au with an average of 3.42 g/t Au ** and the average cobalt is 47.7 ppm Co in the Clearhills Region*
Worsley Iron
The Sirloin Property is located approximately 10 km North of the Town of Worsley, Alberta and approximately 480 km northwest of Edmonton. It was developed by Premier Steel Mills Ltd between the years 1950 and 1960.

Worsley Iron - Alberta Steel Project
The Projects’ initial plans include mining the iron resources at approximately 15,000tpd, concentrate these for feed to our Green Steel smelter using clean Alberta Natural Gas and producing steel and power for Alberta - while recovering the gold and the critical minerals Canada needs as part of the process. Our Goal is to create generational jobs in Alberta and Canada while producing enough steel to make Canada self sufficient.
History
The ooidal ironstone north of Worsley Alberta was first recognized and noted by homesteaders in the 1920’s, but was not subject to committed exploration efforts until the late 1950’s when Premier Steel Mills completed a series of drillholes to define a historical resource. At the time, metallurgical techniques on the ironstone did not allow economic development but now we have the methods to potentially create a robust operation around these large historical iron resources. In addition, we plan to leverage new approaches to assessing the full geochemical (Au, Co, V) suite and new ways to efficiently drill these shallow deposits.
